The building keeps a characteristic trait of the rural architecture in this region: the terracotta grating walls, technically known as “mandolati”. Once upon a time they were used to keep barns and granaries ventilated, nowadays they reveal all their aesthetic beauty by creating decorative textures with light and shadow.

The sunbeams filter through these geometries like strokes of an ink nib, sketching on the inner surface always different luminous compositions, fine and mysterious.
